In Tokyo 2020 skateboarding will make its debut on the Olympic stage. Nevertheless, Japan has had a law in place for quite a while now that bans people from skating on crowded streets. Giving the cops the power to make skaters flee or slap them with hefty fines.
But… what is “crowded”? Not even the japanese cops know, so we will make sure everyone does.
