It was through Miami Ad Madrid that my career took off. There I was able to meet many extraordinary people and learn much more. When I started, I had no idea it was a Cannes Lion, but by the time I graduated, I had already won my first. It is a truly unique program.
You live through so much that two years feels like fifty and you can't believe you are still so young. Miami Ad School was like a kids summer camp that happened to last two years. It was challenging, tiering and extremely fun.
At Miami I learned that everything I liked to do (film, music, scripts, jokes, fanzines and other fun things) was a job that had a name: creative advertising. That's why taking the Portfolio Program made me very happy. Firstly because I had a great time and, most importantly, because it allowed me to have access to an exciting career doing everything I was passionate about.
No school/studies/project has been able to draw as much potential from me as Miami Ad School before. I have learned to use my creativity as a true power, and I apply this not only to advertising, but also to life!
When you enter Miami they tell you that they are going to be the best two years of your life, and it is truly true. From school I have taken professional tools and a portfolio, but also friends for life, incredible mentors and the experience of living and working in other cities around the world, soaking up knowledge and different perspectives and growing by leaps and bounds. The only thing that makes me sad is not being able to repeat it all again!
You enter without knowing what creativity is and you leave knowing how to organize your thinking and use it with common sense in brands. You learn to handle the frustration that awaits you in the real world and you understand and assimilate “no” as something constructive and not negative. Don't compare yourself, there will always be better and worse than you and erase once and for all the obsession with being a creative director ahead of time, perhaps you will discover that you don't even want to be one.
Moving to Southampton and studying the Solent University program with Miami Ad School was not only beneficial for my academic career, but also a life-changing experience. I met many people from different cultures and countries, some of whom I know will be my friends for life. The city is rich in history and there are always things to do. If you are looking for an international experience for your studies, this is the best plan.
Solent is a university where you learn more about the academic side of advertising. I did an Advertising degree and learned to pay more attention to the practical parts of advertising: the presentations, the data, the things that help sell an idea to the client. After learning everything you learn at Miami Ad School it is a great opportunity to apply what you learn to more academic thinking. You will grow a lot with this experience, and it will be a good opportunity to challenge yourself.
The year at Solent University was a great year for me! I took advantage of it very well: I discovered that I am very interested in branding and thanks to a great professor who inspired me a lot, I acquired a lot of knowledge in that area, so I grew my creative portfolio even more to focus my career on branding. I am very happy and very grateful to Miami Ad School for this opportunity! After only three years I learned more than I thought possible!

The school was a gym in which I could develop and enhance the creative muscle in all its facets. Both at a strategic and conceptual level and my abilities to execute ideas or write campaigns.
